American Family Association decrys the “Big Gay” Machine | W. Thomas Adkins
by pinkagendist
The American Family Association has created an online “sign the letter” form where people who believe that the LGBT community should not be treated with dignity, respect and equality can show their support of Chik-fil-A’s anti-equality stance (hat tip to Good As You).

Could someone just PLEASE send these people a box of dildos so they can distract themselves and attempt sex lives of their very own???

I wouldn’t waste my dildos on them!
I don’t have any dildos to send. *blush*
Big Gay Machine sounds fabulous!! I want one or I want to see them in concert, whatever it is.
You’re totally right, when it goes on sale, I’ll definitely buy one
W.O.W. How sad.
I signed the Chick-fil-A online letter with my own words of NON SUPPORT for their anti-gay stand. I also told them I wasn’t going to ever eat again at the Chick-fil-A we have here.
Go here to change the words and email them your own letter:

Oops. Wrong link. It’s this one:

Thanks for the link!
I have dildos, but they aren’t getting them.
As an ex fundamentalist christian i find great joy in using passages from their own sacred text to prove how hypocritical and illogical their bigotry is. Not that my letter will likely matter, but it makes me feel great to write it.
Every letter counts… voicing our opinions is the best way to put them in their place!
Thank the lord we don’t have a chick fil a in the UK, nor the frightening advocates on the forum linked to that. I’m still perturbed by their shocking grammar of their name and the logo that looks like it was designed by a 5 year old.
Yes, fortunately we’ve escaped Chick-fil-a on our side of the Atlantic!
Ugh
I think this organization includes such notables as 1M Moms. Wouldn’t touch anything they do with a pole and thick rubber gloves.
But they’d probably love you to touch them with a pole and thick rubber gloves!
Ummmmmm…… Hang on a sec. As much as the Big Gay Machine sounds like a joke, they do have a (tiny) point here. Mayors of Boston and San Francisco and a Chicago alderman have all made public statements to the effect that Chik-Fil-A is not welcome in their cities or districts until the company realigns itself with the communities’ values. It’s only two and a fraction cities, but maybe we have more political power than we realize. Maybe we’re not as persecuted and oppressed as we imagine.

From my perspective, people can say whatever they want because this is a free country. I’m not giving any money to Chik-Fil-A because they give money to organizations like Focus on the Family, which is actively fighting to make sure that I never get rights that I already don’t have. The words don’t have much weight without the money trail.
Hello there! This is kind of off topic but I need some advice from an
established blog. Is it very difficult to set up your own blog?
I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty quick. I’m
thinking about setting up my own but I’m not sure where to begin. Do you have any points or suggestions? Many thanks
